When I think of Girl Code I think of holding our connections and the things that we share as sacred. A place where you can let down your guard and be raw and vulnerable, knowing that your truths will be protected and not judged, but rather supported.

I am more clear about my boundaries, where I am going, and feel more equipped to handle the challenges of life and entrepreneurship because I've had the opportunity to connect and dive deep with the Ladies each month at our Round Table meetings, impromptu group gatherings, and lovely 1-1's.

"The Round Table has been the ultimate master class in learning how to bring my best self into my business and my personal life. I've learned so much about how to show up more authentically with myself and others.

I've also made some beautiful friendships, important connections, and I feel like I have a better understanding of who I am and what I want out of life.

It’s offering a safe space to talk, listen in a judgement free zone. 

It’s about having each other’s backs. It’s about sharing of information and not just the good stuff. The highs and lows of running a business, the wins, the losses. It’s not all sunshine and peonies, it can be lonely being an entrepreneur. 

It’s connection, communication and collaboration but most importantly just being genuinely happy for each other. It’s women supporting women. It’s the freedom to be your authentic, genuine self and knowing you’ll be supported no matter what. It’s uplifting each other. It’s empowerment and it’s love 🩷

Girl code is a beautiful relationship or bond between women that is rooted on a strong foundation of love, respect, understanding, support, compassion, empathy and friendship. 

Girl code is a safe container that is created in this special bond so you can be your most authentic self, speak the truth, be vulnerable and not be judged for it. 

It is where we raise each other up when needed and empower each other to be the best versions of ourselves even on the days when we may not see the beauty before us. 

It embodies a complex network of unwritten rules that govern female interactions, often rooted in empathy, intuition, and a keen sense of understanding.

It’s the unspoken agreement to uplift, support, and protect one another in a world that sometimes fails to do so; where words are often unnecessary, and gestures speak volumes. 

It’s a sacred bond, forged through shared experiences and mutual respect, guiding women through the maze of life with wit, wisdom, and a touch of humor.  And sometimes sass…

We love hard, and sometimes fight hard but in the end there is always respect for the power of being part of the CODE.
