The Women of the Round Table is a diverse collective of women in business and in leadership. We come together with social agency, a shared interest in personal and professional growth (expand, elevate, lift); and in true reciprocal fashion (to give & to receive), we engage as a council of women in Master Level.
Our WHY & Intention:
By elevating HER, we elevate each other. We build on our community, deepen our connections & ignite an innovative collective through working together and in collaborations.
The Round Table: Master Level is a 10-month container for Women in Business and in Leadership.
Together, we create a form of women in top positions that will support one another on a whole new kind of level.
In this space, we will expand, elevate and lift each other - both personally (Masterclass: Girl Code) and professionally (Mastermind Approach).
We gather once a month - Wednesday’s of every month for a three-hour window. We take a deep dive into the Monthly Girl Code focus and then, in true Mastermind Approach, we combine our skills, life experience- our tool belts to unwrap a problem, challenge, situation and/or business focal point.
A whole new level of community.
