20 Room Blocks access to the H.U.B (the Social Room, the Board Room/1 hour per block), based on availability and social calendar bookings (Comparable Market rate: $350.00/monthly)
A “Room-Block” is an hour in length/per room. The Rooms are the Social Room OR the Board Room. The Office is considered a part of the Board Room. This operation system helps when a partner wants to book the entire H.U.B
The Coat Room, Storage, Community board and bathroom are shared - kept open and available to all parties in their bookings
