Girl Code: For the Women

Enter into a supportive female (she/her/they) space, a community of girls & women dedicated to growth. A sanctuary that inspires us all to move towards authenticity.

Girl Code: 9 Foundational principles for creating healthy female relationships as well, for healing existing ‘sister-wounds'.’ Helping women & girls build an internal compass that will guide them to become the most authentic version of themselves along side a community of other women and girls who support them.

Together, we learn the strategies, strengthen our ‘life” tool belts, seek deeper understanding of SELF and group development PLUS create the KULA community culture and a SAFE environment.

THE WHO: Girl Code is for women, women in business and in leadership. Whether it is a work environment, a social group, family members or leadership sittings, The Who is ALL Women!

The WHAT: Workshop style

We begin with an introduction and the break the session up into three sections: Connection, Community an Collaboration. Each will have an interactive & energized activities; team building. Followed by a group share and closing celebration.

Duration: For Women, the duration of the workshop can vary. It is suggested to book in a 2-3 hour window. There is an option to create a 3 part series (3 dates), please reach out to Ashley personally to discuss & customize your Girl Code Workshop.
