Run & Yoga Series: Spring 2023
A Run & Yoga series that will focus on two different distances/programs and combines the training with a yoga practice post session to support, stretch and strengthen our bodies.
What is included
RUN: 5KM or 10KM training guides & direct instruction
Private YOGA Class ONLY for GTINC.’s Ladies : 45-minute post run Yoga session, specific to runners at Everlove Yoga Studio
Community: Tuesday’s In Person - Group Training, Run & Yoga
Saturday additional group runs- optional & not required
Additional Support, Education & Guidance from GTINC. Run & Yoga Coaches
Frame Work & Details: 8 Week Series
Start Date: Tuesday, May 2th, 2023
End Date: Tuesday, June 27th, 2023
TIME: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Meeting Location: Everlove Yoga Studio- Parking Lot
Run Program: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Private Yoga Practice at Everlove Yoga Studio: 7:00 to 8:00 pm
