Run & Yoga Series: Fall 2022
A run & yoga series that will focus on twp different distances, with three different run programs and coaches and have a yoga practice post session to support, stretch and strengthen our bodies.
What is included
RUN: 5KM, 10KM, 21km training guides & direct instruction
YOGA: 30-minute post run Yoga session, specific to runners - Pre-recorded videos and/or LIVE Zoom dates for weather dependent conditions or missed sessions
Community: Thursday In Person - Group Training, Run & Yoga
Saturday additional group runs- optional & not required
Additional Support, Education & Guidance from Guest Leading Ladies.

Run Program: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Yoga Practice (Outside & In-Doors at a Local Yoga Studio - more details to follow): 7:00 to 7:45pm
