Run & Yoga Series 2.0
A run & yoga series that will focus on three different distances, with three different run programs and coaches and have a yoga practice post session to support, stretch and strengthen our bodies.
What’s INCLUDED:
5km training guide and direct instruction for weekly progress
30-minute post run Yoga session, specific to runners - Pre-recorded videos for weather dependent conditions or missed sessions
Thursday In Person - Group Training, Run & Yoga
Saturday additional group runs- optional & not required
Education Guest Speakers on - Pelvic Floor, Women's Nutrition while training (how to fuel appropriately), Injury Prevention & Certified Personal Trainer HITT workout
End of Series RACE- a full group race day with Medals at the end! Whoop Whoop
21km, 10 week Program-> Thursday, August 19th to Thursday, October 21st + Race Day
10km, 8 Week Program -> Thursday, August 26th to Thursday, October 21st + Race Day
5km, 6 week program —> Thursday, September 9th to Thursday, October 21st, + Race Day
