Description: The Cycle Sense Workshopis a powerful single session 2 hour introductory workshop to Menstrual Cycle Awareness. We will explore the way the culture has shaped our experience with menstruation, and our first bleeds. We will dive into the narrative we have been fed about periods and a whole world will be opened up beyond that one week of PMS and bleeding. We will lean into the wisdom of the cycle and all it has to offer us. We will learn how paying attention to our bodies, and all its complexities, challenges, and strengths will awaken this powerful built-in personal compass.
