3.    Next Steps: Create Goal/Intention & Set the Plan & Action Steps  (Flip the Script: Audience Participation) ~ With this in mind, what is your weekly intention – have them record their goal/intention in their Journal or Stickie Notes so that it is visible 

4.    Conclusion/BY WHEN: Support- lean on your support systems, including GTINC., friends, family and most important, YOU

5.    NOW~ GO! Workout, Meditate, Journal, Enjoy your “QUITE YOU TIME” – whatever that may be
