1/2 Day Hike: Duncan Caves

Ladies, our hiking series takes it up a notch in the distance we travel to the trailhead, and the distance we hike.

This is a great opportunity to practice carrying your weighted backpacks (weighted vests) and learn more about adventure hiking. We will stop at around the halfway mark for a snack, hydration break, and connection.
