Full Moon Cold Plunge & Hot Sauna Experience

Girl Time Inc. has said a huge “YES” to Rooted Woodland!

Join us in the forest under the full moon where we will connect with ourselves through breath, followed by writing out our inner thoughts that we want to set free.

We will burn them in the fire & step into a guided cold plunge to release what no longer serves us. The sauna will be hot and tea will be available. We will end the evening with a closing circle as we celebrate the first full moon of spring in the tranquility of the forest.
